If you are a Deaf or Hard of Hearing customer, Convo offers you a one-month free trial to access our Convo Now service. This service gives you full communication access wherever you go—breaking communication barriers by using the Convo app to connect with interpreters and communicate with hearing people.

How does it work?

With your free trial, you can use Convo Now at any place—businesses, companies, schools, government offices, hospitals, police stations, and more. When you visit these places, use the Convo Now app to communicate with staff or service providers.

This helps you:

  • Build confidence when interacting with hearing people in your language
  • Show how easy and powerful communication can be through Convo
  • Raise awareness among hearing people about how technology supports your communication rights.

     

Often, hearing people are impressed and may ask, “How can I join Convo or offer this to my Deaf customers or employees?” That’s your opportunity to refer them to us.

This way you can refer as a customer referral, which means you share the contact details of any business or organisation interested in using Convo services. This includes their name, phone number, and email address. Just send that information to us.

Here’s the referral reward process:

  • You get 1 free month of Convo Now to start.
  • During that month, visit different companies and use Convo Now.
  • If you refer someone (and they sign up for Convo services), you earn another free month.
  • The more successful referrals you make, the more free months you receive.

Important: If your trial ends and no referrals were made, your access will expire. But with every successful referral, you keep extending your access.
